Amarnath Yatra by Foot - 06 nights & 07 days

 Day 01: Arrive Srinagar - Pehalgam (93 Kms/ 03 hrs)

Upon arrival welcome to the guest and leave for Pahalgam (2440 Mtrs), enroute visit Saffron fields, Awantipora ruins and Mattan Temple, see some beautiful villages. Pahalgam is the most famous place for Indian Film Industry. Enjoy the nature charm of the valley. On arrival check in at hotel, Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.

Day 02: Pahalgam - Chandanwari (16 Kms)  

After early breakfast, leave for Chandanwari (2895 Mtrs) by Jeep immediately starts trekking ascending towards Sheshnag (3377 Mtrs) which is 12 Kms trek, steep ascending towards Pishoo Ghati Pass 13000/Fts. Dinner & overnight stay in Camps. 
 
Day 03: Sheshnag - Panchtarni (14 Kms trek)  

After early breakfast, start early morning for a steep ascent upto Mahagunas (The great Viper 14500 Ft) then as easy descend upto Panchtarni (3657 Mtrs) situated at the foot of mount Bhairva. Dinner & overnight stay in Camps. 
 
Day 04 Panchtarni – Amarnath Cave (6 Kms trek/ Baltal 4 hrs Trek) 

Start after breakfast steep ascent towards Amarnath Holy Cave (3953 M) where you can see ICE LINGAM. This is the holy cave for Hindus and thousands of people visit the place during full Moon day. From Amarnath steep descend towards Baltal 3/4 hrs walk, Dinner & overnight stay in Camps.

(Amarnath Cave is lying at a height of 3952 Mtrs. and is a famous holy place of pilgrimage for the Hindus and is held in the same veneration as Mount Kailash in Tibet. The sacred Cave contains a Shiva Lingam formed of Ice, the size of which increases or decreases according to the position of the Moon. Usually there is a big Festival in the 3rd week of August every year thousands of people from all over the country and from different parts of the world visit this Cave. The difficulty of the pilgrimage continues in itself, an extra ordinary sacrifice.)
 
Day 05: Baltal – Sonamarg – Srinagar (113 Kms drive) 

After breakfast, leave for Sonamarg (2690 Mtrs) which is the most beautiful spot of Kashmir valley. Sonamarg is known as Gateway of Ladakh. later leave for Srinagar which takes 3 Hrs from Sonamarg, on arrival check-in at House Boat.
 
Day 06: Srinagar  

After breakfast, full day sightseeing of Srinagar, visit to Mughal Gardens, Nishat Bagh (The Garden of Pleasure), Chashmashahi (The Royal Spring) & Shalimar Bagh (Abode of love), Afternoon tour of Dal Lake visit Floating Gardens, Lotus Gardens, Char Chinar, Kaboter Khana (Pigeon Palace) and inside of the Lake by Shikara. Dinner & overnight stay at deluxe houseboat/ hotel.

Day 07: Departure  

After breakfast, transfer to airport to baord the flight onward journey and tour terminates.
