Rishikesh is a great destination for adventure enthusiasts, owing to its many scenic spots, waterfalls, lush green areas, other high hills, cliffs and the Ganges River at the height of the mighty Himalayan mountains, with many temples/villages. Every year countless tourists from all over the world come to Rishikesh for hiking and trekking to catch a glimpse of the majestic Himalayan mountains.

When you are in Rishikesh, you can enjoy some short walks and treks during the day time to visit the nearest villages, waterfalls or other rocks as we organize many hiking and trekking tours from Rishikesh.

Price Includes

  • Due to COVID protocols, we sanitize all the equipment’s before and after every trip.
  • Get ready for fun adventure activities in the morning and reach at our operation as per the given timing.
  • Pick-up and drop from our operation office to activity location.
  • Enjoy your adventure activity after a briefing by the instructor.
  • All activities are carried out under proper supervision and highest quality equipment is used to ensure utmost safety.

Price Excludes

  • Any Airport/Rly Station/Hotel pick-up/drop.
  • Any extra activity, Meals & expenses.
  • Any beverages (hard & soft)/Table Drinks, items of personal nature such as laundry, telephone calls, travel or any kind of insurance etc.
  • Applicable Government taxes (GST).

Tour Conditions

  • Minimum of 4 person required.
  • Maximum weight up to 40-90 kg.
  • Maximum Age up to 18-50 years depend on Medical & Physical fitness.
  • The entire process takes 10-hours’ time, including safety brief and instructions.
  • All rates & bookings will be subject to availability.
  • Tour confirmation only on receipt of 50% advance payment.
  • Balance payment to be deposited 01 month prior to travel date.
  • Full advance payment to be deposited, in case the booking is made in less than 1 month of travelling date.
  • Ashoka India Tours carries no insurance whatsoever for the tour participants. Hence it is advisable to get travel insurance by your own.
  • Mentioned special package rates are valid till 31st March 2022.

Important Note

  • Activity timings: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Please follow the COVID guidelines issued by the State Government. Wear your Masks, sanitize your hands frequently and maintained social distancing.
  • Listen to all instructions carefully by the instructor before and after the activity.
  • Valid ID proof is mandatory for each guest to be shown on arrival before starting any activity.
  • Instructor reserves the right to reject any participant deemed ineligible to be part of the activity.
  • Participants are not allowed to carry any type of alcohol, hand bags, sharp objects like knives and any other similar objects during the activity.
  • You will be informed about the next best possible time slot. In case of delay in activity due to bad weather conditions or any unforeseen reason.
What to Expect

The Garhwal and Kumaon regions are famous for hiking and trekking tourism. These entire circuits have a long history to provide excellent trekking experience for trekkers due to the perfect natural environment for trekkers as the entire circuit consists of scenic lakes, high mountain ranges, Hindu temples located in high altitude area, beautiful villages located in remote areas.
