Hot Air Balloon in Rishikesh mostly operates in Winters as conditions from November to March are most ideal for balloon rides in Rishikesh, as the cool, crisp air provides clearer visibility than for the rest of the year. It is all that important to wear warm clothes during the ride. But don’t worry, it won’t get colder than a ski slope, but yes, as you can feel the fresh air off course.

Price Excludes

  • Any transport facility for pick-up/drop.
  • Any extra activity, Meals & expenses.
  • Any beverages (hard & soft)/Table Drinks, items of personal nature such as laundry, telephone calls, travel or any kind of insurance etc.
  • Applicable Government taxes (GST).

Tour Conditions

  • Minimum of 1 person required.
  • Maximum weight up to 40-90 kg.
  • Maximum Age up to 18-50 years depend on Medical & Physical fitness.
  • The entire process takes 1-hour time, including safety brief and instructions.
  • All rates & bookings will be subject to availability.
  • Tour confirmation only on receipt of 50% advance payment.
  • Balance payment to be deposited 01 month prior to travel date.
  • Full advance payment to be deposited, in case the booking is made in less than 1 month of travelling date.
  • Ashoka India Tours carries no insurance whatsoever for the tour participants. Hence it is advisable to get travel insurance by your own.
  • Mentioned special package rates are valid till 31st March 2022.

Important Note

  • Activity timings: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Please follow the COVID guidelines issued by the State Government. Wear your Masks, sanitize your hands frequently and maintained social distancing.
  • Listen to all instructions carefully by the instructor before and after the activity.
  • Valid ID proof is mandatory for each guest to be shown on arrival before starting any activity.
  • Instructor reserves the right to reject any participant deemed ineligible to be part of the activity.
  • Participants are not allowed to carry any type of alcohol, hand bags, sharp objects like knives and any other similar objects during the activity.
  • You will be informed about the next best possible time slot. In case of delay in activity due to bad weather conditions or any unforeseen reason.
