At Ashoka India Tours, we strive to provide our customers with the best travel experience. We understand that plans can change, and we have formulated our refund and cancellation policy to be as transparent and fair as possible.
Cancellation 15 days or more before the travel date:
Full refund after deducting processing charges (up to 10%).
Cancellation between 7 to 14 days before the travel date:
50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
Cancellation less than 7 days before the travel date:
No refund will be provided.
For same-day bookings or no-shows:
100% cancellation charges apply. No refund will be issued.
In the unlikely event that we cancel the tour/service due to unforeseen circumstances (natural calamities, political disturbances, insufficient bookings, etc.), a full refund will be issued to the customer within 7 working days.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
For payments made via bank transfer or cash, the refund will be transferred to the customer's provided bank account after necessary verification.
Entry tickets, permit fees, hotel bookings, and other third-party reservations once confirmed are non-refundable.
Any charges paid for travel insurance or taxes are non-refundable.
Requests for date change or modifications must be made at least 7 days prior to the travel date.
All changes are subject to availability and applicable charges.
