Please contact your nearest consulate or embassy to apply for a visa and take care of multiple-entry visas if you are traveling to more than one country at a time. Visas cannot be obtained on arrival. Foreign nationals coming to India on long-term multiple visas are required to register with the nearest Foreigners Regional Registration Officer within 14 days of arrival. Overstayers will be fined and can also be prosecuted. It is mandatory to obtain passports and visas in advance. Each participant is responsible for determining the specific passport and visa requirements in his or her country of origin and obtaining the necessary documents prior to departure.

Your documents like Passport, Visa, Travel Insurance, Travelers Cheques, Personal Mediclaim Policy etc. are the most important things during your trip, so make photocopies of all your travel documents and keep the photocopies and originals in a separate bag. This saves you from the hassle that might occur in case the original document gets stolen.

We do not provide any type of insurance for visiting clients. But we strongly recommend you to purchase travel insurance in case you have to cancel your trip.
