Overview

Egypt - Snefru’s successor, Khufu, was known as a tyrant and in his arrogance, he decided to build a tomb that was bigger and better than all the others. Three pyramids: Cheops (Khufu), Chefren (Khafra) and Mycranios (Menkoura). The Great Pyramid was built by King Cheops (IV Dynasty). Chephren's son King Chefren built the second pyramid and the third pyramid was built during the reign of Chefren's son "Menkaura".
