Another name for Teesta river is Brahmaputra.

Tour Conditions
- Minimum of 4 persons required.
- Maximum weight up to 40-90 kg.
- Maximum Age up to 50-55 years depend on Medical & Physical fitness.
- The entire process takes 5-6 hours’ time, including safety brief and instructions.
- Confirmation only on receipt of 50% advance payment.
- Balance payment to be deposited two weeks prior to travel date.
- Full advance payment to be deposited, in case the booking is made in less than 15 days of travelling date.
- Ashoka India Tours carries no insurance whatsoever for the tour participants. Hence it is advisable to get travel insurance by your own.
- All rates & bookings will be subject to availability.
- Mentioned special package rates are valid till 31st March 2026.
Important Note
- Activity timings: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM only.
- Listen to all instructions carefully by the instructor before and after the activity.
- Valid ID proof is mandatory for each guest to be shown on arrival before starting any activity.
- This activity is strictly avoidable for pregnant women, high BP patients or anyone with a serious illness, a broken arm/leg, and a person who has had a recent major surgery.
- It is recommended to have a light meal before this activity. Avoid to take heavy meals.
- Instructor reserves the right to reject any participant deemed ineligible to be part of the activity.
- Avoid consumption of alcoholic beverages. Otherwise, the instructor reserves the right to disqualify the intoxicated participant and no refund will be given in such circumstances.
- Participants are not allowed to carry any type of alcohol, hand bags, sharp objects like knives during the activity.
- You will be informed about the next best possible time slot. In case of delay in activity due to bad weather conditions or any unforeseen reason.
